These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between MyHealthBuddy Academy ("MyHealthBuddy Academy", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your"), whether personally or on behalf of an entity, regarding your access to and use of the MyHealthBuddy Academy website, mobile application, or any other media form, channel, or application linked, connected, or related thereto (collectively, the "Platform").
MyHealthBuddy Academy operates under the parent company PAMG HealthBuddy Services Pvt. Ltd. ("PAMG HealthBuddy"), which may have subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities worldwide ("Subsidiaries and Affiliates") providing services on behalf of PAMG HealthBuddy. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Subsidiaries and Affiliates may provide services to you under the terms of this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue its use immediately.

Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. MyHealthBuddy Academy provides health and fitness coaching career training and certification programs ("Services") through the Platform. These Services may include, but are not limited to, educational materials, training modules, assessments, and certification exams.

We reserve the right to decide/keep/modify the pricing of our products/services. We also reserve the right to offer pricing which may differ from person to person depending on various factors including but not limited to individual needs, services offered, experience of persons offering services, geographical location, market scenario, etc.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website/Mobile Application.

All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of MyHealthBuddy Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHealthBuddy Academy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
My Health Buddy Academy ("the Academy") aims to maintain transparency regarding its refund policy. As such, the Academy does not offer refunds for online fitness courses and fitness coach certification services. Once you have enrolled in a course or certification program and made payment, all transactions are deemed final, and requests for refunds will not be entertained.
Under no circumstances will refunds be granted, including but not limited to situations where the course or certification program has been fully utilized.
If you have purchased a course or certification program from My Health Buddy Academy, you will not be eligible for a refund for any reason whatsoever.
The Academy will only issue refunds in the event of duplicate payments made for the same course or certification program. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise specified by the Academy.
Changes to the No Refund Policy: My Health Buddy Academy reserves the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this policy for any changes.
